What is included

• Up to three lines of text & photo engraved on the Zippo lighter.
• Engraving a maximum of two people in the photo.
• Image will be reduced proportionality to fit engraving area. 
• We may crop image to remove or reduce background images to focus on the faces.
• Orders usually dispatched within 2 - 4 working days after receiving your order.
• Marking method: Direct laser marking.

• Should we not be able to use the photo, we will contact you directly to discuss the options moving forward.

• Please send in-focus, sharp photographs to produce the best results.
• Please note that this is a laser etched process and not a print, thus colour is not an option.
